WHO WE ARE
OCCOA Construct Limited is a wholly indigenous dynamic and diversified company set up to provide value added services in the building and construction sector. Founded in 2011 by a team of people reflecting a combination of skills and attributes in architecture, engineering, real estate development and brokerage, business strategy, finance and building and international business. This team of like-minded individuals joined forces to further the democratization of housing opportunities for people in modern African societies.
Keen to position ourselves for the exacting demands of the building and construction sector, we are constantly taking steps to enhance our capability and organizational depth in order to ensure the conformity of our processes and service delivery to international standards.
Currently, we are in partnership with Supasteel Limited, an indigenous engineering metal fabrication and construction company. LEDA Building Machinery China, a concrete solutions company and NAV International, a Malaysian based infrastructure company.
